I had an appointment today at 10am to get an important document notarized. We went to the bank and it was totally closed. Doors were locked. No one answered the phone. They should have been courteous enough to cancel our appointment. This is the location in McLean. That is very unprofessional
LOVE this store/branch/bank whatever they call it in TD land. They do cash savings bonds onsite, which is apparently rare and was frequently needed over the past few years. The staff is also very patient and kind, which helped with both elderly neighbors asking questions for using online and mobile banking as well as with my children depositing checks and getting used to atm and other banking items. Bank policies are bank policies, so I have to make sure everyone has the minimums in their accounts, but I have no real complai... read more
