Epiphany was great and very helpful, made the process of opening accounts easy. Would highly recommend this location.
I waited at least 30 minutes at the drive-thru for someone to come and deposit money in my account, where it should at least take 5 minutes
Ms. Chantel S was amazing. I was frustrated my card was being declined, so I decided to go to her branch on the way to my destination. I was going on a fishing trip and needed funds. She immediately seen what was going on with my account as I provided her my I.D. lastly she apologized for the inconvenience and bypassed the safety hold on my account. My fishing trip was a success because of she was quick to expedite my needs. Great asset to this branch and company 5 stars.
