Terrible ATM, and 24/7 customer service.
Husband told to pay on principal for our home equity loan, he has to go into the bank do in person. He goes in..paige tells him can do on line...can not. She will do. She puts it all to next month..instead of principal! So if we hadn't checked, we would not have know. My husband called main loans department and they are suppose to fix. How many people have had paige deal with their patyments and not posted correctly, therefore giving td bank more interest money. Not acceptable.
I love the TD Bank in Bellmawr, NJ. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I am always met with a friendly smile. Great place to do business.
