Always helpful. Recommended I switch my regular savings account to high interest account. My monthly interest went from a dollar a month to over $100.
I had visited the Woodbury branch on 1/27 to file for a name change. As of yesterday, 2/13 my name had not been updated in the system. I stopped into the Gloucester City branch on my way from work and was helped by Meghna. She resubmitted my name change and even escalated the issue. Not even an hour after leaving the bank, Meghna called to tell me that my name had been updated. I greatly appreciate the help she provided and am happy she was able to rectify the situation.
