Ridiculous and extremely rude bank. I have been a customer of their's for 20+ years and have consistently maintained a high bank balance. I had to withdraw a significant amount in bank check form for a closing and requested they waive the bank check fee due to how much business I do with them however they refused and said, "well you're taking all your money out now so why would we do that?". TDBank really showcased their superior service to me, apples-to-apples. Staff are great, every time I have banking business they make it super easy, I am happy as happy can be with TDBank in general and this branch in particular.
