Just had an issue with a teller refusing to accept checks for a deposit even though I’ve deposited in this way multiple times/week for 12 years. He literally told me every other employee I have ever dealt with over the course of 12 years during hundreds of deposits was wrong. I called TD to verify this for myself and they could not explain why he wouldn’t accept the checks except to say that some branches create their own policies.
Terrible customer service. Everytime you go in there is new workers there. No community relations. Terrible branch, no help whatsever.. manager changes every month
Please do not go to this bank I thought TD was a good bank my job issued me 2 live checks from TD paid out to me for my paycheck. I went showed 2 forms off ID gave the cashier the 2 checks he told me he couldn't cash the checks I asked why he said he couldn't tell me why.
Charlie did a great job of assisting me today. He is a real gentleman.
