CRAZY SLOW. In the desk area, Ive been waiting on one person to finish for 55 minutes now and its still going. Why isnt there another desk person? its 1:14 on a monday. Such a waist of time. I wish i drove a little further to maybe Babylon or one even closer or further; just somewhere else!
I’ve been a loyal TD Bank customer for over 10 years, but after my recent experience with Rebecca Mazler at the Massapequa branch, I’m closing all my accounts and won’t be coming back. Rebecca was extremely rude and denied me service, despite my long-standing relationship with the bank. The absolute worst bank in the world. Had no problem taking a very large check to deposit but gives me a full blown interview asking me where that money came from that I deposited just because I want to withdraw some money. The customer service is just as bad. Miserable people talking nasty to customers. The manager does a great job of leading by example if he wants his staff to be miserable just like him.
