Stay faaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrr away from TD bank. They do not allow anyone other than the account holder deposit cash into a BUSINESS ACCOUNT. When I had to call the boss to give an update the teller comes back and tells me there is nothing they can do. I tell him that I have the account holder on the phone he wants to talk to you. Brandon tells me he isn't interested in talking to the customer. I spoke with the manager and it was all shoulders. I wouldn't trust this place to hold a paper bag let alone money. CRAZY SLOW. In the desk area, Ive been waiting on one person to finish for 55 minutes now and its still going. Why isnt there another desk person? its 1:14 on a monday. Such a waist of time. I wish i drove a little further to maybe Babylon or one even closer or further; just somewhere else!

I’ve been a loyal TD Bank customer for over 10 years, but after my recent experience with Rebecca Mazler at the Massapequa branch, I’m closing all my accounts and won’t be coming back. Rebecca was extremely rude and denied me service, despite my long-standing relationship with the bank. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any bank representative, and this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. I expected better customer service, and I’m very unhappy with how I was treated.
