Tried to open a bank account for my business. Spoke with another local bank after my visit. Found out the information this TD Bank is requesting and telling me is required is not at all required. I wore my American flag hat into this bank, not sure why they gave me false information but possibly that was the issue. I went to another bank and had no problems with the exact same information. Thank you and hopefully this bank gets better staff because I have given them good ratings in the past.
Friendly people. Able to answer all of my questions and explained clearly all my options.
I honestly don’t know how this bank even has a 3.6 star rating… it needs to be shut down. The employees are very rude, I would never bank here.
