If you’re black, don’t waste your time I’m not the person that pulls the race card and play victim. This was just clearly because I was black. I tried to open a business account and the lady Chelsey Perez asked for my information. Really convenient bank location, clean and functional. Bank itself was renovated and very nice to do business in!
Awful customer service. Sat there for over half hour waiting for help with account. You would think the manager would step in, but she did not. Thought I would try the teller instead. Went to teller to do transaction, I was told she couldn’t help, although when I went home and called, I was told teller should have been able to help me.
