Woman named Bella totally unprofessional doesn’t give you the time of day makes you sit there and wait terrible customer service on this woman
horrible experience. Was not even my fault that she was in a bad mood because of the customer before me in line. don’t work the front desk if you can’t simply talk to people without an attitude. What an unpleasant experience. So sad that customer service seems non existent. I’ve been banking with them for over 30 years and have multiple accounts including business accounts. Makes me so sad. They were always so wonderful from the time they were commerce and even up until the last two years. They continue to decline in terms of customer service and convenience -two of the leading reasons many many people bank with them. I hope they can turn things around
Is it too much ask for the RT73 Voorhees TD Bank tellers to be even mildly pleasant? I can't tell you the last time I walked into that branch and had a teller smile and greet me in a professional manner. The best you can ask for is a tart greeting and a dry exchange. You get more camaraderie at the DMV.
