Woman named Bella totally unprofessional doesn’t give you the time of day makes you sit there and wait terrible customer service on this woman
horrible experience. Was not even my fault that she was in a bad mood because of the customer before me in line. don’t work the front desk if you can’t simply talk to people without an attitude. Chelsey was her name I believe. I go in to deposit cash the teller helping me out (who was sweet) tells me about the atms and I tell them well I try not to use the atms for large amount of cash because TD has held my money before for who knows what reasons but that’s besides the point, I tell her I like going to deposit in person bet... read more
What an unpleasant experience. So sad that customer service seems non existent. I’ve been banking with them for over 30 years and have multiple accounts including business accounts. Makes me so sad. They were always so wonderful from the time they were commerce and even up until the last two years. They continue to decline in terms of customer service and convenience -two of the leading reasons many many people bank with them. I hope they can turn things around
