Really look around before switching to TD. Never had these kind of issues at any bank. The issues I experienced are more about TD in general than specifically directed at this branch. I see the problems at the branch as a symptom of larger issues at TD corporate and it is probably equally frustrating to the staff at the branch. This is my home branch and I’m gonna say it now, PLEASE PUT CASH IN YOUR ATM’s AT CLOSE OF BUSINESS. There is ZERO reason that BOTH ATM’s at this location are ALWAYS down. And it has nothing to do with the new ATM machines. This nonsense has been happening for years. Do better.
