Daniel Marzella helped me out with a very frustrating problem I had making a mortgage payment from my TD bank account. Nothing wrong on the TD Bank side, it was on the side of my mortgage bank, Truist. Daniel Hung in there with me for a few hours, calling up my mortgage bank and helping me through the issue. Great bank, ignoring company issues like my account getting locked out so many times... but the employees were super helpful and nice. Everyone is extremely kind and understanding. My honest though and only true complaint is that awful parking lot. It is so tight and the turn onto the main road is tight and the entrance and exit is way too tight, while reasonable drivers can handle it, so many older people wipe right in and have almost collided with me or over turn too wide and for some odd reason can't figure out to turn mo... read more

Never have I ever met a more friendly staff. Greeted immediately after coming in and had such a nice conversation while being helped quickly and efficiently. Wonderful!
Horrible experiences every time. Absolutely go anywhere else if you can. ATM is the only decent employee in the building.
