This is what happens when you close every local branch in the area. Greenlawn east Northport…. 30 minutes to make it up to the front desk on a Saturday morning. “Americas most convenient bank” turns into a bank no one wants to deal with and can’t service their customers.
This rating is for Ann Marie, the supervisor there. She helped us to get the debit card on site that other representatives could not.
Horrible horrible and behind horrible if u are black and trying to open an account they treat you like a criminal they are really racist
