Terrible customer service. I don’t know why they even have that manager if she is useless. Never coming back here again.
Terrible customer service. I went there today to get a paper notarized and in addition was interested in opening an account with them but was completely turned off by the horrible customer service both from the teller and manager. There was nobody behind me on line, no other customers at the other counters, and it was not busy at all yet they denied me a notary bc “it was at their discretion” and due to “high demand.” And it was their discretion to turn me away even if I was willing to pay a fee and it was not at a busy time... read more
