Senior customer service representative Ted Driggin and the manager. Completely useless. I don’t even know why I was thinking to bring my family to open an account should’ve just gone to Bank of America. 20 mins to open and all my business accounts are with them and never had any inconvenience! LAZY STAFF AND UNEDUCATED I’m happy you lost me as a customer. 30 years and never had a thought to open and never would want to anymore now.
