Daniele the lady who works at the front desk basically she doesn’t know anything. Three ladies in the front only one knows how to look up a safety box. And they don’t want to help me remove the frozen acct off my app. Very bad customer service.
Service is horribly horribly slow. Don’t come here unless you want to lose your mind waiting for someone to help you.
