Been banking here for so many years, and they are the nicest bunch of people. They always greet you make you feel like family. And it feels nice, everything is always easy, and fast pace. I've never ran into any problems ever. Idk, where these bad reviews are coming from. Maybe they got confused with the bank they were at. Some of these reviews are down right rude. Why write something really nasty keep it to yourself. And go find somewhere else if you not happy. But for me they all great people. And I am glad I go here.
I, along with my husband and daughter have been banking with TD for 20 plus years. Recently, every time I make a deposit I am badgered with intrusive questions like, “Where did the money come from”? And “What do you plan on doing with it?” This has happened on multiple occasions with two different tellers, both were deposits of $3,000. I have nothing but positive things to say about this branch and the people there. They are always vibrantly friendly and helpful. Last time I was in the manager, Joe, pulled me aside to talk about different promotions the bank had going on that our business might be interested in. I am very thankful to have such a great bank in the community.

Bad experience called ahead of time to see if they could give me currency Exchange dollars to euros I was told yes. I drove an hour and a half and they said they couldn’t do it because I didn’t have an account after I verified that I could.
