I used to have accounts with them when they were Commerce Bank before TD Bank took over. Family friendly customer service oriented and they genuinely helped. We have closed down our accounts with them when they delay what appears deliberately depositing our check, causing fees to accumulate. We deserve to e respected and tested better. I've now left them and found a bank that appreciates my business. Bye bye horrible bank.

On several occasions, I have personally observed management standing off to the side, engaged in what appears to be personal conversations, while lines build and customers are left waiting. The tellers are clearly doing their best, but they are being left to handle everything without support. There has also been a noticeable loss of some of the most reliable and personable tellers who used to work there. No surprise that this branch has three stars. This is where the B-Team is sent to perish. If you own a business, run far away to another bank; one who wants a relationship with your business and doesn’t take the easy out of everything.
