On several occasions, I have personally observed management standing off to the side, engaged in what appears to be personal conversations, while lines build and customers are left waiting. The tellers are clearly doing their best, but they are being left to handle everything without support. No surprise that this branch has three stars. This is where the B-Team is sent to perish. If you own a business, run far away to another bank; one who wants a relationship with your business and doesn’t take the easy out of everything.
Really bad customer service. Never go back again
The manager Himani or whatever her name is needs to be replaced. How can you work in a customer facing job and be so ignorant and rude to a customer. The gentleman who was helping me was so kind, and then she walks over and starts belittling him. This is the standard you hold this branch to?
