HIRE MORE PEOPLE'S TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE BRANCH HAD TO GO TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH
Rude and Ignorant Manager, her general displeasure at having to do her job was as easy to read as she could make it. As a Local, I think this branch deserves a higher standard. Hands down one of the least competent "professionals" amongst the staff. Honestly, can't wait to shake the hand of her replacement.
Had fraud on checking account. Person I spoke to in person here didn’t really care. Gave me a new account. Charges were pending at the time and td corporate said if right protocols were followed and account was frozen I wouldn’t be out 1700 dollars. Went to a different branch the day after got 1k back right away because they followed protocols and got all new accounts due to the breach. Been a client for 5y. I went in person 3-4 times for services and every time I update my phone number with a different person. Guess what number I still have confirmation messages come to? Also, as for bank associates they are hyper uneducated in money services and basically don't know anything outside the box of basic week training. Just keeping my account there as a spare one and left for Chase. Way better experience.
