Really bad customer service. Never go back again
The manager Himani or whatever her name is needs to be replaced. How can you work in a customer facing job and be so ignorant and rude to a customer. The gentleman who was helping me was so kind, and then she walks over and starts belittling him. This is the standard you hold this branch to?
