The manager Himani or whatever her name is needs to be replaced. How can you work in a customer facing job and be so ignorant and rude to a customer. HIRE MORE PEOPLE'S TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE BRANCH HAD TO GO TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH
Rude and Ignorant Manager, her general displeasure at having to do her job was as easy to read as she could make it. As a Local, I think this branch deserves a higher standard. Hands down one of the least competent "professionals" amongst the staff. Honestly, can't wait to shake the hand of her replacement.
