When I visited the bank, I noticed three tellers standing around looking at a screen. One of them informed me that I would need to wait 30 minutes before he could assist me with printing a new debit card. This was a problem because I had to go back to work. Since then, I’ve been trying to call the branch, but no one is answering the phone. Unfortunately, I seem to encounter issues with this bank on a regular basis.
The assistant manager, Priya Singh, is incredible! If you are looking to set up a representative pay account, this is the place to go. Priya is completely familiar with the process, can answer all your questions, and if you ask for a very case-specific clarification, she makes the phone call on the spot and gets your answer. Priya is knowledgeable, patient, and very pleasant to deal with. I look forward to having her as a resource in the future.
Always lines, rude tellers, no one is ever willing to help. I will be leaving this bank after today. My debit card didn’t work and you would have thought I was applying for a mortgage. Take a seat and we will be with you in a few minutes. Meanwhile no one is doing anything. You can see by the reviews this place has gone down the toilet. Rude Hispanic or Italian teller with a fake two tone Rolex. He is a problem
