Poor customer service. I don’t recommend this branch at all. Long time customer. Despite feedback, they don’t seem to care about improving their service.
TD Bank in Fairlawn has treated me so good. They have been so patient my husband passed away and I needed assistance. I can’t say enough about the service. I would never leave TD in Fairlawn.
ATM is out of service most of the times, and it just went out of service when we were trying to withdraw money, keeping our card and considering the withdraw done!
