One of the worst banking experiences. Getting anything done is super difficult. This branch also locks the door earlier than posted times. Would not Reccomend

My husband works for Chase bank, starting out as a teller there and working his way up over the years, and he can’t believe how unprofessional some of the TD staff are at this branch. I have one TD account left that I shouldn’t close yet but I’m ready to just leave. I needed to change my last name on my bank account to my married name. It was a process but it’s done. Worst bank ever. I would give no stars if I was able to. Always have to wait..I made a withdrawl and asked for my debit card to be replaced as it was worn. I waited and waited. When someone became free they took someone else who came after me. I was told " we are severly understaffed" I attempted to close out all my accounts and I was told I couldn't as I recently made a withdrawl and it was pending. TD used to be a good bank. I have been banking at this branch for years and have always found the staff pleasant and eager to assist. I recently worked with Mike who was very understanding of my banking issue. He quickly resolved the problem and made sure to follow up with me.
