My husband works for Chase bank, starting out as a teller there and working his way up over the years, and he can’t believe how unprofessional some of the TD staff are at this branch. Worst bank ever. I would give no stars if I was able to. Always have to wait..I made a withdrawl and asked for my debit card to be replaced as it was worn. I waited and waited. When someone became free they took someone else who came after me. I was told " we are severly understaffed" I attempted to close out all my accounts and I was told I couldn't as I recently made a withdrawl and it was pending. TD used to be a good bank. I have been banking at this branch for years and have always found the staff pleasant and eager to assist. I recently worked with Mike who was very understanding of my banking issue. He quickly resolved the problem and made sure to follow up with me.
