I was there at 2:15 pm one is the employee starting helping me for few minutes she was really nice, the. She had appointment with another customer and she asked me to go to another desk. I was waiting till 3:00 pm No one free to help me in customer service, they so slow even no customer in the bank, the manager said sorry I can’t help you. you must wait one of the employees to help you.
As far as service goes for this bank, you need lot of extra time because they are so slow drive up window. No one was in the bank or I was the only one at the drive up and I still waited 10 minutes before somebody came to the window to help me.
Everyone was so friendly, Muhammed Ali helped me open an account. He was so nice!
