After Shawn and Kareem left this location it has been nothing but bad service. Would recommend going to the branch near Midland park or Ramsey much higher quality staffing can be found!

Worst TD bank I've ever been to. Unprofessional staff. Was in the process of creating two business accounts, and closing on the one account. The bank manager walked over and started questioning me for all sorts of paperwork that I had already provided to the executive that was working my account creation. The manager had no idea what this was even about, nor did she even look into the details of the case or dual account creation. She just demanded that I show one specific paperwork. This branch went above-and-beyond for me so I feel strongly about leaving a 5 star review. I had an issue two years ago (Feb 2022) that no one at TD could resolve-- it was extremely frustrating (the person I was dealing with back then no longer works at this branch). Then in Jan 2024, I casually mentioned the issue to the Godwin Ave bank teller and he gave me the correct contact at Unclaimed Property... who then finally sent me on the correct path to get a check that was owed to me.
