Customer service can be so much improved. Miguel transferred some our existing accounts into a renewed CD but was not nice to us at all. Had a pissed off look on his face the entire time. Did everything we requested but copped an attitude when I asked which CD was the 4% CD. He scoffed at me saying that he didn't say there was a 4% interest rate CD when there actually was one and he did mention it. Maybe he was having a bad day but no reason to take it out on over 20 year customers of TD bank. We did nothing wrong to deserve... read more
This bank really stinks. They allowed fraud. I had a check washed from my business account. I am over 100 miles away and a young kid came in with a torn ID. The signature did not even match on the check as on the ID and they gave him my money No problem so if you want to keep your money, I wouldn’t do any business with this branch. They are horrible.
Unprofessional teller who on me questioning why he had an issue with my deposit and the reason he needed to speak to a manger became loud and aggressive. Informed me I didn't need to know. Excuse me, is this not my money we're discussing. I'm sure is not the first or last time. I thought he was having a nervous breakdown or needed to be tested for something. Kat cares SO MUCH about her customers, and even though she can't speak spanish, she tries SO HARD! She also makes sure all the employees are having the best day possible... and really seems to care about her work. GREAT JOB!!
