Terrible branch—don’t waste your time. I went in to replace my debit card, but they couldn’t make a new one at the branch. They also failed to tell me I’d be receiving a temporary card or that it needed to be unlocked before I could use it. I left the branch thinking everything was taken care of, only to have my card declined later with no explanation. I ended up having to call TD’s main customer service line to get the issue resolved.
