Generally, the staff is ok. Alex, not so much
Only good with deposits and marketing but when you need to withdraw your own money they make it very difficult for you as if they dont want you to take your own money.
Grossly understaffed. Simple counter deposit wait should not be an afternoon event. Guess time to wrap up my business here.
There's a tall man that stands in the entrance that greets you pretending he is a nice person but he is not. I could not log into my account due to account automation asking to send a text to verify my number. I had this problem before went into the branch to fix it. After a few months the same thing happened and I went back in again and explained the situation. The tall man at the front entrance asks for my social and my drivers license. I give it to him.
