Refer me whit a guy Named Cruz for a Mortgage process, he is really bad. He can't do in one week a preaproval letter, I took the phone and was done in five minutes whit somebody else.
Im changing banks. They Hit me with constant fees. 30 min to get anyone to speak to. When I asked to file formal complaint they require me to write contact info down to do so cause they “dont have the ability to email me the information “. The most convenient bank?? No way.
Don't bank with td bank. All they do is charge overdraft fees. I'm closing my account and going somewhere else.
