I am extremely disappointed that the bank on Ridgewood Ave and Paramus Rd. is closing for good. I've Never had a bad experience there Never. I know all the people and they know me by name. Every one of them are very helpful and courteous.
Called them after a horrible experience with the Mahwah branch and they were amazing! They are always amazing! Polite, knowledgeable and helpful every time!! Strongly recommended!!
Had an issue with a fraud on my account. Unfortunately the “ Assistant Vice President, Store Manager” gave me incorrect information and when the funds would be returned and told me if it did not happen in a specific time period, to contact her. For 2 days now I have been trying to get her on the phone. Every time I call I am either told she is with a customer or she will call me right back. Well that never happened.
