Worst "community" bank that I ever dealt with.
It takes 30min through drive thru with no line
I had an appointment for a notary service with this brach. When I arrived, a male teller informed me that the person I was scheduled to meet with was still in another appt, so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. When I pointed out that my appt time had already passed, the teller—who was very kind—asked another staff member to assist me. I have been a member of TD bank for many years, and it’s unfortunate this is the closest location to my house, because it sucks. My wife needed a new debit card and they told her she’d have to wait about a week to receive it in the mail, this didn’t seem right so I called corporate who informed me that this was not their policy and that they most likely told her that so they didn’t have to deal with it.
