I had an appointment for a notary service with this brach. When I arrived, a male teller informed me that the person I was scheduled to meet with was still in another appt, so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. When I pointed out that my appt time had already passed, the teller—who was very kind—asked another staff member to assist me. I have been a member of TD bank for many years, and it’s unfortunate this is the closest location to my house, because it sucks. My wife needed a new debit card and they told her she’d have to wait about a week to receive it in the mail, this didn’t seem right so I called corporate who informed me that this was not their policy and that they most likely told her that so they didn’t have to deal with it. Russian woman has never tried to resolve any problems or questions i ask. Before i even speak she’ll try to redirect me to another branch. Giving racist. Asked to withdraw money from my account and immediately said they don’t have large bills that i should try another branch, when i never even asked for large bills to begin with. Then tried to interrogate me as if i was withdrawing more than 10k and said her manager had to know why i was withdrawing money which was a lie.
