I'm pretty sure TD's tagline "America's Most Convenient Bank" is meant to be ironic. God forbid you ever have an issue, like a mystery charge on your bill you'd like explained. Hours of phone calls, no one knows. No one has access to anything, no one can explain anything, no one knows who you can talk to. It's really surprising how bad it is. Should have read the reviews before choosing TD Bank. Several staff was available but apparently only ONE can open accounts. Don’t come here, waste of gas and time.

Slowest bank in the world. Incredibly understaffed and so so slow. Took me an hour in line to deposit a check.

What the heck is going on at TD. They are grossly under staffed. Helen, the manager is a wonderful person, and they need more people like her. It is almost as if they were going out of business. The oth3r day I went to the window and no one showed their face. I tried again this week to wait over 5 minutes with all the bays also waiting. Finally a person came to the window to tell me they had 5 customers before me and the wait may be long. I thanked her and went on my way. This is very sad.
