Really bad service
Went in for help on my online banking waited about an hour while I overheard large amounts of money an elderly woman possess now let one of these people with bad intentions hear that, that lady runs a huge risk conversations about the amount of money you have should be done in private. Very unprofessional and high risk for that person. Not recommended as a young person for the older community to come here.
They always seem understaffed. Poorly managed. Hours are not convenient. There’s always approx half the staff standing around not doing anything and creating one long line for one person to deal with. They just gave me a 45 minute wait to print a debit card, which takes five minutes tops as I’ve done it before. Idk why this location even exists anymore.
