Lady at the front has a nasty attitude and if she took the time out of her day to look up her policies instead of asking a new born what the policies are maybe I would have gave them a 2 told me to go to the other bank because they know me

Terribly slow service. Every time. Consistently. Expect an hour wait or more to do a wire transfer. Ironic they call themselves the most convenient bank.... Chase around the corner is the way to go
