HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!! One teller inside, one outside (yes, I waited 15 minutes in EACH line)…. All the while the two customer service people staring at the line doing nothing while the manager of the bank hid in the office….
What a pleasure dealing with this branch in comparison to the Forked River branch. They were so accommodating and very helpful, I will be going there from now on.
World’s most inconvenient bank. This is the only bank, in my 63 years on this earth, where I have to call if I’m withdrawing over 10k. Also, getting it in large bills is somewhat of a problem for them. The teller actually told me they have to reserve it for other customers.
I went to the ATM and withdrew money and then went inside to get singles. The teller asked me if I had an account. I said no, Indon't have an acccout with TD. I can't give you singles unless you have an account. I have credit card and I had a savings and checking account a Year ago. I am very happy I left. I used your ATM therefore I am using services and I am a temporary customer.
