Absolutely awful customer service at this westwood location. About a year ago I went into the branch where the manager was berating her staff behind the teller counter while I stood there waiting to be helped. Today I went to make a cash deposit and was on the drive thru lane for 25 minutes. Teller came back and asked specifics on where I got the cash and what I was going to be using it for. Well below the 10k limit. Will never go back to this branch again.
The purpose of my visit was to get a cashiers check. The young gentleman who was helping us was new but extremely helpful. It was a bit frustrating when his colleague was being nasty to him throughout our transaction, instead of helping him. I then asked if it was possible to get uncirculated Pennie’s (which is apart of our wedding favor) and she jumped in and said “no we don’t do that” with a tone. Good Morning, I've been a TD Bank customer for over 10 years and I enjoy the consistent and reliable service. I had to stop by and open up a small business account. Mr. William made the process very easy and transparent. I was able to open up the account and he even helped me get a new Debit card. Also. Erica and Brianna were helpful in ensuring that I applied for a Business credit card. Thanks again.
I pulled in today to make a simple deposit. The parking lot was nearly empty. I pulled up at the drive through lane and sat for over 10 minutes. I repeatedly pressed the call button every few minutes and got no response. I finally had to use my phone to call them and tell them I was sitting parked in the lane.
