Since the inside is not open, you only can do drive thru. No problem except don’t have the green light on and not accept the car to only let the next car. Been in line for a half hour now an still 3 cars away. Awful service
I AM ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MINUTES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I’ve been with them since they were Commerce bank. They are not willing to help their customers and I believe this to be poor quality service. I feel as if I’m getting NO HELP. New customers beware! I will be closing my accounts.
