Went to deposit old 100 dollar bills that the atm was not accepting, and almost all the employees there were telling me why didnt i use the atm like do they not want to to their job or what
1 teller today. Very high turnover lately. Sat 20 minutes at the drive in(had dogs in the car) and not even an acknowledgment. Tellers are always super nice and friendly. Mgmt just need to hire more folks.
Our sincere gratitude to Jed for helping my sister and I obtain copious amounts of required financial statements for Mom's Medicaid application. Without your direct involvement it would have been nearly impossible. Mom's application was approved last week. We sincerely hope and pray that you, Jed, will feel better soon. Worst customer Service ever! Rude! Manager does not care, don’t open accounts with these people.
