I cannot say enough horrible things about my experience with TD bank over the years, personally and professionally. It’s not just this branch; it’s all of them. I frequented this branch, Flemington, Hillsborough, Branchburg. I’ve even tried to solve my issues by going to banks in other cities like Boston, Philly, NYC. I have 3 businesses and two personally accounts which, “for my security,” I can never seem to get a hold of my own money! The drive through is frustrating now
Went to deposit old 100 dollar bills that the atm was not accepting, and almost all the employees there were telling me why didnt i use the atm like do they not want to to their job or what
1 teller today. Very high turnover lately. Sat 20 minutes at the drive in(had dogs in the car) and not even an acknowledgment. Tellers are always super nice and friendly. Mgmt just need to hire more folks.
