I have been waiting for customer service to pick up for 40 minutes now... I was locked out of account and went this morning to bank to have it reset... came home to work and still didn't accept my security code and am LOCKED OUT AGAIN. said it would be a 20 minute wait but now is 42 minutes.... and to think I was going to switch al my Bank of America accounts over ... maybe not now
