So poor service, super slow and they don’t care about people lineup and just chat over the counter. Security and manager don’t care people cut the line, bad service
I’ve only had positive experiences banking at this location. It’s also worth noting that when I called around to 5 other neighborhood bank locations in search of a notary, this bank was the only one that answered the phone.
Worst branch of them all, the young girl behind the counter was extremely disorganized and rude (wish I got her name). She lied to me about an ID but then told me she could access the frozen funds in my account. I’ve had an account for over 10 years looks like it time to change banks
