I’ve been banking with TD for over 8 years, and unfortunately, this past year has been a steady decline, especially at this branch. If you're into being talked down to by someone with a big ego packed into a small frame, this is the place. Will (or Willis) carries himself like he’s the smartest person in the room, but most of what he says is empty and unhelpful. From an honest perspective, this is literally the worst TD Bank location in NYC! The store manager at this location has a sarcastic, condescending attitude and wasted both my father’s time and my time for a long period of time making up weird bs after TD bank changed the deposit policy. Gave us an extremely difficult time despite having proof of our ID, address, etc. to add my father to my account.
