I scheduled a notary appointment online a few days ahead of time and then walked in just to see a sign that said No Notary. I don't know why they couldn't just cancel my appointment and save me the trip. I went to look and there are STILL appointments available for today even though there's no notary. Disappointing.
Only I’m writing this review because of Nabeela she’s the only reason I would say this bank is working well I always ask for nabeela because she gets me in and out with efficiency always quick very helpful and very caring every employee should be like nabeela!
I wrote a bad review years ago but because of certain events with my bank account I went here to resolve my problem a week ago I really see a huge change, yes sometimes you have to wait a little bit longer but it's because of the huge amount of customers. Angie, the executive who I was in contact with to resolve my issue was so helpful and patient with me. I really appreciate all her help and support.
