I wish I didnt even have to write this but I came in to replace my debit card. Sasha was supposed to help me. She has a terrible attitude and couldn't be bothered when I was trying to find out about getting my secured cc down payment reimbursement. She kept telling me to call them on my own. I needed a notary and went online to schedule. The website doesn’t let you book notary appointments, but it says to go into your local branch for one. I tried to call to verify, but no one picked up. I walked in and was informed I’d still need an appointment and there were none available the same day. Why require an appointment if you can’t even book one online?
I went here to open a savings account. I’ve been a TD customer for over 15 years. There was nobody waiting to speak to a representative. I asked the person if I can quickly speak to him about a savings account and he said you need an appointment and they are not taking walk-ins anymore today mind you there was nobody waiting for him and he was just sitting there alone Before I got there. The Longest wait ever I seen! Can’t even do emergency paperwork on the day, unless if you don’t have advance appointment.
