The Longest wait ever I seen! Can’t even do emergency paperwork on the day, unless if you don’t have advance appointment.

This is now by far one of the worst branches to Bank. It is sad to say, I have a small business account here for 7 years now and it used to be better. Definitely considering moving to a different bank.
