I waited in the drive-thru for about an hour (I understand that’s there’s more traffic due to COVID-19). Totally get that. I wanted to cash my class settlement check. The teller told me that’s she’s unable to because the actually check is “too thick” to fit into their scanner and advise me to try to deposit it at the ATM. Definitely not waiting about hour just to deposit it.
It's impossible to get an ATM card in the mail. Like with most banks. You have to go in person to prove you're not robbing Fort Knox. I'm unfortunately housebound in a wheelchair.

TD bank is the biggest ripoff Ive ever witnessed. They tell you they do mortgages for mobile homes and charge you $470 for appraisal, and then turn around and say they didnt know it was a mobile and it was denied. They say they dont do mobiles. Why not tell someone that before they
