Bank randomly froze my account for no reason, went into the branch and they were no help. Definitely switching banks. Terrible service.
Love this branch, the service is and always been fantastic.
Assistant manager “Mayce” is condescending and downright rude and unprofessional, clearly has no knowledge of bank procedure or policies and misinforms the customers while wasting their time. What should have been a simple visit to the bank resulted in me having to escalate my complaint to corporate office and would like the actual branch manager to contact me for further discussion. Your assistant manager needs an attitude change and training. Nasty.
