Ive been a customer at the TD branch in Thorndale since it was Commerce Bank. I was concerned when it changed all those years ago worries of unfamiliar faces and such. Well obviously im still there. Some of the faces have changed over time but always a great cast of characters. Im treated like family when I walk in. The nanagement of this bank is a complete failure. Fais who is a part of the management team should be grateful he has a job in AC at the very least. Besides being a lazy who only provides the easy for him answers to issues. The bank statements do not reflect auto withdrawals submitted and rejected. How is that possible? Why is that possible?
