I highly recommend NOT opening a business account with TD! I’ve been a personal account customer of this bank for 28 years and have accounts there for all 8 of my children, so it only made sense to me to use them for business accounts when I decided to start a small online retail business. The behaviors from the tellers at this bank are disgusting. I went in to get changed and wasn’t told I needed to have an account To break my money up and was given a horse treatment from the tellers and nothing but attitude we did their 20 minutes to get any kind of help and was left abandoned in their waiting area Not the first time I’ve experienced this at this bank due to my mother also having the same issue with the bank being rude they honestly just need to fire everybody and rehire
Over the past couple years, this branch has been terrible. The customer service is not just bad, it's lousy and rude, and makes customers feel like the customers are the enemy. The attitude of almost every worker that I've encountered at this branch is almost indescribable, in a completely negative way. They don't want your business, and they don't want you in the building.
