The behaviors from the tellers at this bank are disgusting. I went in to get changed and wasn’t told I needed to have an account To break my money up and was given a horse treatment from the tellers and nothing but attitude we did their 20 minutes to get any kind of help and was left abandoned in their waiting area Not the first time I’ve experienced this at this bank due to my mother also having the same issue with the bank being rude they honestly just need to fire everybody and rehire
Over the past couple years, this branch has been terrible. The customer service is not just bad, it's lousy and rude, and makes customers feel like the customers are the enemy. The attitude of almost every worker that I've encountered at this branch is almost indescribable, in a completely negative way. They don't want your business, and they don't want you in the building. Nice people working there don’t have any issue. The 3821 Lincoln Hwy Downingtown, PA 19335 United States TD bank are the best very polite very attendant and work fast I well give them 10 point best people working there. Congrats keep your job guys
The customer service at this bank, Thorndale and lionville locations has gone steadily downhill over the past 5 years. The drive up person at thorndale is rude (argumentative and has poor attitude) and slow. Today I waited inside bank for 15 minutes while line got longer and longer. I gave up and went to drive thru (I was the only customer there)I waited 10 minutes for a simple deposit and had the worst customer service experience- she’s behaved this way in the past. At lionville branch they shorted my deposit twice
