The female customer service sitting on the right after entering the bank, she didn't know anything and often messed things up,really not professional.My bank money was stolen in the middle of the night. I submitted a claim to the bank, but later I didn't get compensation. The record she submitted was that I didn't get a claim because I had a chip card in my hand! She is a liar.
