I want to sincerely thank Emily Hayes at the TD Bank in Howell for helping me through a very stressful situation. I was making my HOA payments online when the OpenAI outage occurred and interrupted the process. Somehow, during that disruption, my checking account was charged three times for the same HOA payment. One payment was legitimate, but the other two were duplicate charges. This is easily the worst TD location. There is never anyone at the drive thru window. When you get someone they disappear for 20 minutes no matter the transaction. When you try going into the bank, you are never greeted and their supervisor always acts like you are bothering them when asking them a question
I had such a great experience at TD Bank! Mark was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made everything so easy. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was genuinely so nice throughout the whole experience. It’s always nice to have someone who makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Avoid this TD bank at all costs. There is a creepy young male teller who makes up bizarre lies and tries to start drama. When these issues are reported to management, no follow-up occurs and they do not take his inappropriate behavior and LIES seriously. There is no consequences. Do NOT bank here.
I don’t know what’s going on with this branch but the service has went extremely downhill in the past 10 years. Today I was greeted right away at the drive-through and then left sitting for over 15 minutes when I was the only person in the drive-through and could see only one person inside the bank. In this time, multiple people pulled up, sat for a minute or two, were not greeted and then left. After over 15 minutes, someone came over and said they will be with you in a little while.
