Love the staffs at this branch . They are so helpful and friendly. Just found out They are closing this branch on September.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. ATM ate my international debit card and then went offline. The bank was closed, so I called the TD Bank support number on the ATM, went through too many prompts and was finally placed on hold for 20 minutes only to be informed that the ATMs are serviced through a third party and nothing could be done. I am now left with no access to my funds. TD Bank should be embarrassed by their lack of service.
Not the best td bank location. I came in one day and the ATM was giving me issue with my deposit. All three ATM machines were giving me issue with accepting my funds. I walked inside complained about the issue. I assumed one of the managers working at this location. I indicated there was an issue with the ATM. The employee possible manger indicated they will put a ticket in to have it looked into. I came to this location weekly and the same issue keep happening with the ATM. Asian lady asked me 50 million questions about my deposit. I have been going to many branches throughout my time with TD Bank and never had this many questions thrown at me.. Customer service is 0/10.
