RUDE! I got zero assurance with setting up a business account. I was told envelopes are only provided to business account holders. Go to any other bank. I couldn’t get an envelope for a thousand dollar withdrawal.
I was denied customer service by a customer service rep!? , 20+ years doing nothing business with this bank and. They didn’t want to be bother with replacing a debit card .i was told on the phone I could get a new card at the bank co but when I arrived I was told it would take a long time to get helped and they where short staffed etc .. I could tell she just didn’t want to bother .. there where 3 pp working in customer service and 3 tellers no other customers waiting ..
Terrible in the drive-thru. i sat almost an hour and i was the second car. Absolutely absurd.
America's least Convenient bank Waited at the Lakewood branch over an hour to do a simple wire transfer Came to the Jackson branch and was about the same Expect a long wait
Im going a little out of my way to go to another branch. So there’s that.
