Good staff, very helpful
So I walked in with checks and cash to deposit in the past it was done for me by the banker . He gave me the slip as I was filling out the paper work he asked me to step aside so he can help the person behind me . Then he helped the person with the paper work he asked me to fill out
We waited 10 minutes inside and the line didn't move so went through the drive through and have been waiting for twenty minutes so far.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I work for a company that has been with TD for over 20 years. Our customer wrote a check out for work, we deposited it and they took an extra $200 because the teller could not read. The customers account is overdrawn, TD will take no responsibility and told her that it could take 7-10 days for that $200 to credit her account. Wow. Just Wow. Also, try calling them.
