We waited 10 minutes inside and the line didn't move so went through the drive through and have been waiting for twenty minutes so far.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I work for a company that has been with TD for over 20 years. Our customer wrote a check out for work, we deposited it and they took an extra $200 because the teller could not read. The customers account is overdrawn, TD will take no responsibility and told her that it could take 7-10 days for that $200 to credit her account. Wow. Just Wow. Also, try calling them. I recently had an issue with one of my accounts at TD, I contacted the Jackson office and spoke to Vy Vy Nguyen. Vy Vy is intelligent, she listened to my issue, she asked pertinent questions and was pleasant. She resolved my issue quickly.
