What a joke this bank and branch are. I just walked in mid morning to open a CD with two employee standing around in the lobby. Oh, I am sorry you need an appointment to open a CD. Would you like to make one? No thank you I’ll go somewhere else.

As a police officer dressed in uniform working in front of the bank. I had to use the bathroom. I asked if I was able to and was told, we don’t have a public restroom. Which I’m well aware of being, I get dispatched to alarms, possible panic alarms etc. I was very taken back and that was the first time a bank ever refused myself or any other officers I know. I know we’re not special but wow!
This 5-star rating is for this branch’s ability to correct problems with TD’s system. I would give TD Bank a 1-star review. I’ve banked with Chase for 25+ years and NEVER had any problems. Banking with TD for 1 year and have had to visit branch multiple times for different issues and “glitches.”
