Snotty attitudes and smarm all the way around, they talk over you, refuse to answer questions, and even talk down to you if they do deem a question worthy of answering
I was just at the bank opening an account, and I felt the process was very efficient.
Opened acct like 3 weeks ago!! Only because my daughter first job doesn’t have direct deposit, so we deposited her check two weeks ago on a Saturday and it was available within an hour . So it’s now two weeks later we called on a Saturday nobody answered on May 10th so we mobile deposit , and it said pending so the following Monday I called the branch in Travelers Rest 3 times so I had to call another branch in Greenville sc to see if they are open ! At drive thru when making a deposit, the teller has to send a text to your cell phone so that you can verify, with her watching you, that you are NOT A ROBOT. Have no idea how many robots are trying to make drive thru deposits.
