WORST experience ever. The drive thru line was long so, I decided to park and wait in the long line inside the bank. When it was my turn, the drive thru teller waited on me. He must have waited on the cars while I stood there watching everyone behind me get waited on by other tellers. At least 8 to 10 people later!! He finally comes out hands me an envelope, didn't ask how I wanted my money, they're wasn't any thank you, not any I'm sorry for the long wait and walks back to his drive thru. The drive through ATM and the inobby ATM are always broken. You can never deposit cash. Fix this, like seriously? It doesn't matter the day or time, the cash deposit is always grayed out. Checks only apparently
Very poor customer service if any at all with a side of ratchet was my experience at this branch
this location is the worst! it always takes an excessive amount of time to do any transaction (10-20 mins) while the one young man attends to both drive thru and front counter, the manager apparently sits on his butt and censure. help out man! worst. drive down the road to any other location!
Never enough tellers open. Wait is always way to long and staff that is available don’t open to help they walk around doing nothing.
