Can't even cash checks the Hispanic lady who works there looks at your check and then says she can't cash it. I thought a bank cashed checks not the person working there! Very weird!
Rude employees as well as manager. She has no knowledge of how to endorse a check made out with to company and gave attitude.
WORST experience ever. The drive thru line was long so, I decided to park and wait in the long line inside the bank. When it was my turn, the drive thru teller waited on me. He must have waited on the cars while I stood there watching everyone behind me get waited on by other tellers. At least 8 to 10 people later!! He finally comes out hands me an envelope, didn't ask how I wanted my money, they're wasn't any thank you, not any I'm sorry for the long wait and walks back to his drive thru. The drive through ATM and the inobby ATM are always broken. You can never deposit cash. Fix this, like seriously? It doesn't matter the day or time, the cash deposit is always grayed out. Checks only apparently
