Used to have great hours. Now they close early and the deposit limit is so low on the website.

The middle-aged man working at this bank was very unprofessional and dishonest. First, he told me I needed to wait for a manager to process an international money transfer. Then, while I was waiting, he helped another customer who had arrived after me. After waiting to see what happened , I decided to leave and go to another bank, where they informed me that a manager was not even required for the transfer. ( They are quick and professional there.) The hours here are ridiculous. Why have drive thru atm if it's only open 9-5pm. How can you bank here if you have a job with 9-5 hours? Something is always out of order, not working, the services you can perform at this branch seem to decrease daily. ATM eats your card? Sorry! You'll have to wait for a new one to be sent in the mail. Booooo. Do better!
