While the staff is friendly, I found depositing small amounts of cash require not just a deposit slip but an identity verification via responding to a text message. The process is slow and clunky. If there is a better way to make these deposits, I've not been told.

I have a td account. I had identification. The check was drawn from a t d account. Very inexperienced teller named John wouldn't cash the check because he couldn't get check account holder to answer phone. I took the check to my wells fargo bank. Received 100% credit for it. First Horizon don't know how lucky they are that they didn't become part of TD . TD use to be a good bank , 7 years ago .
In the process of moving here and opened an account to transition out of state accounts to. Charging me $28 a month in maintenance fees. Closed account as soon as I was in town. Go to the credit union.
