Read reviews. Everything will be in TD banks favor this is the second fb page as they deleted the first due to bad reviews. Tried to defer payments for my work vehicle due to covid 19 and they were over excited to do so, they were going to charge additional interest. I refused and asked for an email or letter to prove this and they also refused as I would have posted a copy on here.
Recommended(Not sure if this is the right page but...) I called in to TD for help with various questions and Doug was the best!!! I can’t thank him enough for setting my accounts up in a much more efficient way! He was patient and listened and solved my issues. You are awesome!!
friendlier staff. As I was standing in line in get coffee, an employee of yours was conducting business while placing an ordering . Not only was she holding up the line, she continued as the line behind her grew. When asked for her to conduct her business elsewhere so we can get our order and to proceed to work, she continued to express that WE were rude! Then told us to go to hell! REALLY!
They intentionally post transactions in an order that they can charge you overdraft fees.
Clean up your online banking system. Totally unacceptable as is.
I just checked my account tonight and found I was accidentally overdrawn. I am furious - so far, I have been charged $85 in fees and there have been NO NOTIFICATIONS! No emails. No phone calls. No letters. They were just quietly sitting there charging me fees without telling me so I could correct the problem. This is not the first time they've done stupid things to me. This account will be closed tomorrow and I'm moving to a bank that actually cares about their customers.
This bank takes your payment information but never makes the payment and then dings your credit. Kendra; Kiana and Ismay at the NJ accounts services offices tell you it takes a day or two but it doesn’t happen.
This will probably be deleted before anyone sees it, but my husband opened an estate account with TD bank because the deceased banked there. We have been a PR for an estate before, and TD bank was the most inconvenient, unhelpful bank we've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Thankfully, we don't personally bank there, and we quickly moved the estate account elsewhere. It has been beyond ridiculous.
