This place treated me and my mom like criminals. The check didn’t have “and/“or” so they called the treasurer and even though the treasurer said “it’s all good” they still made a big deal. I sat and waited while they gave us dirty looks and sneers. Like we were theives. Eventually after I saw 4 others walk in get taken care of and walk out I spoke up. I went to this bank location because it was closer than where I originally opened my account and it was a mistake. My business account was compromised so I just wanted to reopen a new one. Even though I’ve had my business account four years, now they are saying because of issues with cartel, money laundering, and everything else that has nothing to do with me. I had a horrible experience with Margarita Farah. She had no knowledge about banking and was very inconvenient. Customer service provided by her was very bad and I was able to resolve my issue at another td bank within 10 minutes as compared to working with her for 30 minutes and still have the issue unresolved. Stay away from banking with this TD branch.

This is the only location that gives me issues. Today I went to cash a check and was told they couldn't cash it but could deposit it into my account but would only get $100 of it until tomorrow. Ok, no biggie. But when I told them I cashed the same kind of check at the Spartanburg office and they deposited the check and the whole balance was available the same day. I was called a LIAR.
