Good luck getting them to even pick up the phone
America’s most inconvenient bank. Closed the branch by my house so I have to drive 25 minutes battling traffic to get to this one or go to worthless Westport where you practically need an appointment to cash a check. Switching banks. I’m out.
Been a customer here for over 11 years. Used to be seamless and easy. They must treat their staff terribly or pay them poorly because with all the shifting it’s like pulling teeth to get mediocre service. Every visit no matter how trivial takes at least twenty minutes. Even when you call in ahead!! Stay clear of this branch, they have officially gone down hill. I wonder if they'll be closing this branch. Everything they do seems intentionally to get rid of customers.
I had the very best experience with Daquan Harrison. He was very knowledgeable, professional and was able to get me higher interest on my accounts. He explained in detail how to get the best and most effective way to increase my money. I met with him on 2 occasions a d will be scheduling all my appointments with him. He is Excellent and a valuable employee to TD Bank. They are lucky to have him.
Love this location. Excellent customer service! I also so happy with a new ATM machine on drive-through much easier and quicker.
