Just went in to withdrawal money. Normally I use the ATM but there was a very long line so I decided to go inside. I filled out my withdrawal paper, and then stand in line (no one in front of me).I see a worker and ask if they can help me, he tells me to hold on one second. I wait. 3 out of the 4 workers are standing around. One comes up to me and ask me to USE THE ATM. excuse me but you’re not doing anything. Terrible customer service
