I recently had a major issue with an ATM at this branch. The response from the branch manager has made me decide to pull all my personal accounts from the bank. I was ignored by the manager and had to succumb to using social media to get the help i needed with the results that was necessary. I cannot in good conscious rate/review highly of this branch because of this whole ordeal. It should have been handled much more professionally.
