Well they sorted out issues I've been having for weeks that the online team could not sort out. Amazing manager and awesome team here, and super prompt. I bank with SunTrust, PNC, Chase, Regions and Bank of America and this branch blows them all away. Customer service is a HUGE deal to me and this branch has been far superior to any other bank I've worked with. I recommend this branch and the banks fees are low compared to other banks. I also have their credit card which offers some nice perks as well.
