Went to take money out of the ATM, money was taken out of the account and I got the receipt but no money. When I went in to inquire, I was told there was nothing they could do for my friend and I so we’d have to call to make a dispute. When we asked them to put a sign up saying the ATM is broken so more people won’t get into the same situation, they said they wouldn’t as it would be “bad branding” and they also already knew the machine was broken and “there’s nothing they can do” again.
