RecommendedWonderful customer service. Have never had any issues and have been banking here for years.
So do we no longer have any customer service or personality! Seriously closing out a bank account because they don't care there service is horrible and NEVER apologize for there horrible service. How does a kids account get hacked and then I have to wait for the second time while the resolve it. Is a free $10 a year worth this, NO!
Today was visit 5 to the ATM and once again "Unable to Print Receipts" I thought the ATM was to make banking easier?? Who do we complain to and get this fixed?
